Episode 80: Get walking

 

When we first started this podcast, we planned for every episode to be between 10 and 30 minutes (we’ve been pretty good at sticking to it!) because we wanted it to be a workout.  A manageable amount of time for you to “Get Moving” (yes we say that a lot) and bring us with you.  In almost every episode we remind you to throw in the headphones and get outside. Today, we are focusing on walking so, like we say, throw in those headphones, toss on this episode and let’s go for a walk, Friend!
