Episode 76: Starting a resistance training program

 

You’ve walked. You’ve worked out in the park.  You’ve played with your dog…now it’s time to add some resistance to that training.  Today’s episode is stepping it up from our prior workouts. So throw in those headphones, lace up those shoes and grab a weight because we’re starting a resistance training program today.
