Episode 69: Cook Once, Eat Twice

 

Raise your hand if you enjoy cooking…..but maybe not everyday!  We need to cook to eat but like everything else in life, we want to make it more efficient for you.  We don’t want you coming home from work everyday just to stand in front of the stove for an hour (unless you want to!).   Make time to get a workout in or a little extra sleep.   Cook your meals once but eat them twice.
